Our master stylists are highly trained Pascal & Co professionals who have worked with our clients for years. They are well established in their careers yet they constantly hone their skills, regularly attend both inhouse and industry training and events adding to their already impressive skillset. Our master stylists are committed to mentoring our next generation of emerging stylists through their training. - Senior stylists
Senior Stylists are qualified devotees of hair fashion and beautiful healthy hair. They have learnt from the best in the business and work within a team of highly qualified stylists who foster an environment of excellence. Why should I do my apprenticeship with Pascal & Co?
So many reasons… Apart from the fact that you’d be joining Dalby’s top-rated hair and beauty salon (over 230 five-star reviews on Google!) we’ll pay for your training and wages for your travel time and time spent at TAFE.
You’ll work with our fabulous team who are keen to share their knowledge and you’ll use some of the industry’s best brands including L’oreal Professional and Kerastase. Before you know it you’ll be qualified and in demand by big salons on the Coast of interstate.
What training does Pascal & Co offer?
At Pascal & Co we are big believers in continuous learning. Knowledge (and experience) is the key to remaining inspired and feeling proud of what we do everyday.
We provide regular in salon training which includes bi-monthly visits from the L’oreal art team. You’ll also be pleased to know, you’ll be paid for attending training which will include ‘on trend’ cutting, styling and colouring courses in Brisbane conducted by leading stylists.
